Refund Policy

This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled for AGMA360 subscriptions and services.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the platform. To request a refund, contact us at billing@agma360.com with your account details and reason for the request.

Credits and AI Generations

Credits and AI generations included in your plan are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles and are not eligible for refund.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

When upgrading your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the difference when downgrading.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you are charged in error or experience a duplicate payment, contact us at billing@agma360.com. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing errors within 5-10 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
