These Terms of Service govern your use of AGMA360. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By accessing or using AGMA360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organisation account is managed by its owner, who controls access for team members.
AGMA360 provides AI-powered marketing tools including content generation, creative production, scheduling, and analytics. You may use the platform for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use the platform to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
Content generated by AGMA360's AI agents is provided for your use. You own the content generated within your workspace. AGMA360 does not claim ownership of your generated content, brand data, or creative outputs.
Your subscription includes a monthly allocation of credits and AI generations. Credits renew each billing cycle and do not roll over. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
When you connect third-party services (social media platforms, ad networks, etc.), you authorise AGMA360 to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted. You are responsible for the content published through these integrations.
Your use of AGMA360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein.
AGMA360's platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by AGMA360. Your brand data, content, and creative outputs remain your property.
AGMA360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
